Adamsville

Every property has a story — but our Adamsville project has a saga. When we purchased this parcel, it came with an aging main house and a neglected accessory dwelling unit (ADU) tucked behind it. Both structures were in rough shape: cluttered, outdated, and barely livable. But we saw what they could become — two modern homes, two income streams, and a revitalized corner of the neighborhood.

Alabaster

Our Alabaster project is the perfect example: a once-bonded eyesore of a house that had been sitting for years, frustrating neighbors and dragging down curb appeal. The minute we closed on it, the entire block breathed a sigh of relief.

Airbnb-Norwood

This Norwood home was purchased as a fix-and-flip but quickly became something more. Fully gutted to the studs and rebuilt, it now features a solid reframed structure, brand-new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, updated bathrooms and kitchen, and fresh flooring throughout.

A Gem in Alabaster

We purchased this Alabaster property for just $97K, originally a modest 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. Our vision was bigger. We reimagined the space into a 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout with a fully finished basement and a dedicated office — perfect for today’s lifestyle needs. Along the way, our buyers stepped in before renovations were even complete. We worked closely with them, adding custom touches to fit their preferences. The home sold for $350K, proving the power of vision, customization, and strategic investing.

The Big Find in Vestavia - 10/2025

We recently purchased an off-market property in Vestavia, helping the seller relocate to California to follow his dream of pursuing music. The home itself wasn’t in bad shape, but we immediately saw the potential to transform it into something truly modern and elevated. Our vision for this project is to open up the walls on the main level, expand the kitchen with a huge island, and remove the chimney to create a sleek, open-concept flow. The master bedroom will be enhanced with a reimagined bathroom that includes a freestanding tub, large walk-in shower, and dual vanity, while the laundry room will be relocated to improve functionality.

Downstairs, we plan to build out a full living space, complete with two bedrooms, one full bath, a spacious living room, and an open bay area. This project is all about blending style and function to give the home a modern, sophisticated feel while adding long-term value. It’s another step in carrying out RCG’s mission: Restore. Revitalize. Renew.

New Project Acquisition-Hoover

New Property in Hoover, ALWe closed today on a property in Hoover, AL! While renovations haven’t started yet, updates will be shared as work begins. This was not an easy purchase. The property went under contract in early September 2025, but we waited over a month for the seller to resolve an outstanding home equity line of credit. Just a week before closing, the seller tried to back out. With a legally binding agreement in place and support from my attorney, we stood firm—and today we officially closed.Stay tuned for project updates!
