Our Story

Sometimes a calling finds you long before you feel ready to answer it.  Before a single property was purchased, before a single nail was hammered, we felt a quiet, undeniable push from the Lord guiding us toward entrepreneurship. We didn’t step in with a roadmap or a perfect plan — we stepped in with faith.

In the beginning, we faced our share of challenges. We made mistakes, crossed paths with people who didn’t share our values, and learned many lessons the hard way. But through every misstep, one truth stayed clear: we were meant to be here — doing this work, for this purpose.

From day one, we held fast to a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe, comfortable place to call home. For too many, the promise of the “American Dream” feels more like an illusion than a reality. We wanted to change that — to level the playing field and restore hope where it had been lost.

That vision inspired our name:

Restore — because we see value where others see ruin. We bring life back to forgotten houses, turning neglect into new beginnings.
Common Ground — because we believe homeownership shouldn’t be a privilege for a few, but a possibility for all. It’s about creating equal footing, one family at a time.
